By registering for the Mental Health & Wellness Seminar, you agree to the following terms:

Registration and Payment:

The seminar fee is $25 CAD, which includes Saturday lunch. Your spot is confirmed once payment is received. Refunds may be issued up to 5 days before the event upon request.

Code of Conduct:

We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. All attendees are expected to:

Be respectful and considerate to all speakers and participants Refrain from disruptive or harmful behavior Maintain confidentiality of personal stories shared during the event

Anyone violating these guidelines may be asked to leave the event without a refund.

Media & Recordings:

We may take photos or recordings during the seminar for promotional or educational purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please let a team member know upon arrival.
